Summer Sound Journey/Gentle Yoga at The Barred Owl Retreat, 10-11:30 a.m.
During this 1.5 hour long session, you will experience the benefit to mind and body of two mindfulness practices – yoga and sound bath. 45 minutes of yoga (all levels welcome) accompanied by sound, will be followed by a 45 minute sound journey to transport you into deep relaxation and restoration. For the sound bath, you can choose to lie down or enjoy an antigravity chair. You may bring your own mat, blanket, and water. We make every effort to ensure that our clients feel safe and comfortable.
All you have to do is relax and receive.
Each combined yoga and journey includes meditation, small gifts, and complementary eye mask. Please feel free to take a stroll and enjoy the pond, gardens and grounds during your visit.
